All online payments are securely processed through our authorized internet payment gateway, PayHere. We do not collect or store your credit/debit card information on our servers.
Users must provide accurate information during booking. Any misuse of the app, including the Emergency SOS feature, may result in immediate termination of the user account.
While we strive to provide the best travel options, Travel Genie Lanka is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party service providers (hotels, transport providers, etc.) during your trip.
