Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Travel Genie Lanka, we want to ensure a smooth booking experience for your travel needs in Sri Lanka. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

2. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive at the booked accommodation or fails to meet the transport provider at the designated time without prior notice ("No-Show"), no refunds will be issued.

3. Service Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that a hotel or transport provider cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, Travel Genie Lanka will offer you an alternative booking of similar standard or provide a 100% full refund.

4. Refund Processing (14 Days)

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (via PayHere). Please allow up to 14 business days for the credited amount to successfully reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.
